VIRGIN MEDIA is suffering a catastrophic outage that appears to have impacted thousands of its fibre broadband customers' TV 360 service. Trying to watch television right now, users are confronted with "Error Code V53". When the outage struck, Virgin Media's own website also went offline too - so users could not contact customer service representatives for advice on the outage.
