Virgin Media shutdown: broadband and TV V6 customers can no longer visit stores for help

VIRGIN MEDIA has confirmed plans to shutter its 53 high street stores permanently, leaving new customers unable to see the TV V6 set-top box in the flesh, or speak face-to-face with a customer service representative before taking the plunge on a Virgin Media fibre broadband or TV contract in the future.
